MAPLE, MILNE AND SUMMIT ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Prepare topographic surveys and right of way plats for City of Lockport. These documents were used as the base plans for the now completed Maple, Milne and Summit roadway reconstruction project. This project consisted of over one half mile of local roadway complete removal and reconstruction, water main extensions, and storm sewer design and construction including a 36” diameter trunk line servicing the entire neighborhood known as Kelvin Grove. The project was budgeted for $1.3 million and was designed and completed for just under $1.2 million.

DesignTek has also provided topographic, right of way, and boundary survey data to the City of Lockport for several roadway and infrastructure improvement projects within the City. The City has several engineers on staff that prepare engineering construction documents for municipal projects. Our field data, surveys, cross-sectional information, and profiles are used by this staff to develop construction documents for these projects.
