DesignTek projects vary in size from individual lot and home construction services through hundred acre developments. Many clients are small builders, homeowners, and individuals needing assistance with land issues including localized flooding or needs for variance requests for a building addition or fence construction. At the other end of the spectrum, DesignTek has worked with developers entitling thousands of acres of land, providing land planning and entitlement work, and finally preparing the engineering drawings that are used to construct the projects. Once approved, DesignTek provides construction services that include construction layout, SWPPP inspections, contractor bidding and review, record drawing preparation and review, as well as construction management services.
At DesignTek we are very familiar with the regulations that govern land development in Illinois. We can serve as your liaison to work closely with various governmental agencies. We will provide you with the necessary construction documents for large or small scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial developments.
